Catalyst Family – April 2023 Employee of the Month

Meet Lisa Thompson, Accounting Specialist, in our Morgan Hill office.

Lisa worked as a Preschool Supervisor prior to becoming an Admin at Catalyst in 2019. She graduated with her Master’s in ECE leadership in 2021 and had been helping the accounting department prior to transferring to Accounts Payable. She obtained her PD permit and although she no longer works in the field, she loves the fact that she’s still able to support the children and teachers in our programs. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her dog, Buster, and traveling. Disneyland is one of her favorite places. She loves Bay Area sports including her favorites, the SF Giants and San Jose Sharks.
